Your mission as a Customer Success Specialist


Develop and execute strategies focused on customer satisfaction to generate customer retention and revenue growth. You will provide comprehensive support to assigned clients, yielding engagement and preventing churn. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior and data to develop tactics focused on improving customer experience.
