🤓Some tips for your interviews.

Read the job description. Prepare for the interview and read the job description. Make sure you know what is expected of the person filling this position.
Everyone loves candidates who do their homework!💙 Do some research on the people you're meeting with (don't worry, we'll give you the names ahead of time😉) and read a bit about Solvento as a company, business and product. You should know what our mission and values are so you'll be able to talk about them.
We love to ask situational or behavior-based interview questions. These questions often start with phrases like "tell me about a time when" or "give me an example of". We want to understand what your goals and responsibilities were really about, as well as the scope and delivery. Expect follow-up questions to your answers with phrases like "what did you do in that situation?" or "what was the outcome?".
Listen carefully. If there is a question you didn't understand, ask! Feel free to ask the person interviewing you to help clarify or rephrase the question.
Be concise. Effective communication is very important to us. We encourage you to be thorough but concise in your answers. Remember, less is more, so focus on telling us about fewer but detailed things; tell us in detail about the challenges you have had throughout your career, what you have done to get to where you are today. Try to focus your answers where we can know the real contribution you had in "x" project or task. We love to hear about your contributions, but more than that, we love to hear about the results and the impact you had 🤩.
Always ask! We love questions. This is your chance to interview us too. We value curiosity very much, in fact it is one of our values, so ask away, we are eager to clarify your doubts.
