Your mission as a VP of Engineering

You'll play an essential role in Solvento by using technology to create value for our customers and propel the accomplishment of our business goals. You will be responsible for designing & outlining Solvento's engineering vision regarding strategy, tools, and resources (both human and technological). In addition, you will validate the feasibility of creating solutions aligned with customer needs and designing the most efficient processes to deliver products as fast as possible without compromising quality. To achieve success, this role will build a team and a culture where all of the team members can succeed and build their careers. Finally, all of the above will be executed with excellent quality and on-time delivery, explicitly speaking of product output.

Role responsibilities 💼

• Responsible for hiring, building, growing, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Make sure all of Solvento’s products run smoothly, achieving client’s satisfaction.
• Act as a mentor to team members.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset to help the team identify what technologies can be used to improve Solvento’s products and services.
